What are the best aspects of this product?

Their customer support is like no other. I do not have to wait for long before I can get a feedback whenever I have a problem. This is not the same as our previous software provider. We are able to personally interact with their team in case we have a problem with the use of the tool. The functionality of TurnTo offers the needed support for customer content management. It has Q&A and cart chatter features to us understand what our customers need in order to provide them with the best services. We have been able to see the light and thus set up reliable customer content strategies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

TurnTo is the real deal. Despite having multiple features that help us execute our services in the right way, it requires some additions to make it more reliable. For example, we need a company review feature added to this product. It will help us function better and manage all reviews from our customers. They are working on this addition and we expect it in the next upgrade of the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to slice down the workload of our team when it comes to managing questions and answers from our customers. Initially, we did it internally which was time-consuming and confusing. Since we started using TurnTo, we can now see the difference. Our team is highly responsive to the questions of our customers, which translates to better customer service. In return, it has increased conversion, which is good for us. The cart chatter feature helps us to monitor and analyze the buying behavior of our customers. Once they make the purchase, they can leave a review, which helps us to serve them better and thus creates loyal customers.
