What are the best aspects of this product?
It is one thing to have a product that works and another to be able to communicate with the support team. TurnTo has the best of both worlds. Despite it being the best in the market, their customer support is highly responsive. You are heard regardless of how common or minor your ideas are. They are friendly which gives you the confidence to work with them. Apart from that, they implement your ideas, which is rare for most software applications in the market.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is past problem that I did not like about TurnTo. It was not possible to create pinboards for the category of brands we had. This was a drawback as it leads to disorganization when it came to monitoring what customers had to say about our products. Luckily, when we presented this query to the support team, they jumped onto it. Now, the feature is available for our use and we are happy with it. All in all, we can say the product has an overall positive performance on our end.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been able to use the checkout chatter feature to help other customers see what others are saying about the products we sell. It also helps engage our customers in a Q&A basis, where customers can provide answers to questions other customers ask. This form of engagement aids in increasing conversion as a customer can use another one’s comment to buy a product. For the pinboard feature, we can show customers by brand or product category the views of other customers who have bought products within the said category. All this works in our favor in providing the necessary information and reviews to other customers so that they can buy.
