What are the best aspects of this product?
TurnTo has a lot of great features to offer. Initially, we were using the Magento reviews to manage the reviews from customers. When we switched to this product, we were impressed how our customers engaged. It was better than before and we could get more reviews and comments on the same. Also, for the Q&A feature, customers were highly responsive to the questions we asked, which was good on our part. This feature is intelligent which allowed us to utilize its functionality in the best way possible. With the visual review capture, we were able to get more customer photos which were very helpful to us in ensuring that our customers get the best services and products.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool is not well documented. It does not offer tutorials on how to make use of the features. It would be nice if there were tutorials as the documentation is not that reliable. With the documentation being too detailed, it fails to provide an easy way through which you can learn more about how the tool works. The small businesses and companies are the ones who suffer the most in terms of the documentation and training.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The Q&A feature was very helpful to us as our internal support team no longer had workload in answering questions from our customers. With the help of this feature, customers could interact more on the platform through comments and answering others’ questions. With such interactions, we were able to solve different issues automatically without much effort. The review functionality we were previously using was replaced by a robust one, which was provided by TurnTo. This helped improve our review capture. Also the visual reviews allowed us to see what projects our customers were undertaking using the products we sold them, using photos. This form of interaction motivated other customers to buy from us and therefore good for business.
