Excellent application

What are the best aspects of this product?

Twilio lets us use WhatsApp's web version even without a phone, so it is definitely convenient and organized. We can dedicate two accounts for our business, one on my phone and one on the computer to handle customers' emails. Everything is organized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I needed to learn some programming. Twilio assigns the number for the web version of WhatsApp.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Email marketing and sending communication with customers.
