What are the best aspects of this product?

Smooth integration between Twilio and third-party apps which solidifies our transparency efforts about transactions made by customers on our business. Twilio made our operations smoother than ever before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Dropped calls and audio quality can become an issue sometimes. I can't pinpoint precisely if that is a net provider issue, the app, or both. There are also instances where text messages take too long to send.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Customizing the experience and better communication between our customers and us. An overall great experience with Twilio.
