What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how I'm able to make use of Typeform to gather feedbak and data for both my customers and clients. For instance, when it's time for me to start off with a new course, I do a beta test. Then I utilize Typeform as a survey to gain reception from students. It's very easy to use with Typeform. I'm starting to notice how students would likely opt to fill in a Typeform survey compared to other survey services.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The thing that I hate most is when I wind up with lengthy responses and moving all them to an Excel spreadsheet. It involves plenty of formats to make the whole thing legible. I'm not at all sure if Typeform is to blame. But it can be frustrating at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As previously indicated, Typeform is fantastic when it comes to collecting customer and client feedback. With this data available, I can find ways to improve my services and product. At the same time, I do whatever it takes to cater to the needs of my audience. Typeform makes everything really convenient!
