Convenient tool for online registrations.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think Typeform is a great online registration tool! I’ve recently used it as a booking platform and it worked without a hitch. My customers did not encounter any issue and they were able to secure their slots easily. It’s also very convenient how this program integrates seamlessly with Google Sheets. This way, I don’t have to manually type in all the customer details into my excel files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any negative thing to say about this program. The only thing I would change, if the developers are open to it, is to remove the unnecessary “click to submit” slide at the end of the registration form.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

On the consumer end, booking slots online is now much easier. On our end, we don’t have to type in all individual information of our customers anymore because the program is automatically connected to Google Sheets.
