What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of things that I love about this tool. For one thing, the forms you create with it can be very interactive. You can add images, gifs, and videos, so it doesn't look so bland and users who fill it up won't find it so tedious. I also appreciate how easy it is to use, and how it gives me multiple templates so even if I'm not an expert on statistics, I can still come up with valid surveys. It's also made it easy for me to spot any mistakes thank to being able to see the Preview and Edition screens at the same time. The surveys are also very customizable, and utilizes logic jumps so the surveys respondents respond to match their "type."

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the free version is great, it is a little limited compared to the paid version of this tool. I also experienced some slowdown when it came to the system showing me charts that involved extensive amounts of data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One problem that this has solved for us is that it catches the attention of millennials and makes it easy for us to get them to answer surveys. This has also resulted in our surveys getting more responses. I also think that considering what it can accomplish, the price point isn't that bad.
