PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing I like about Typeform is how they layout their question items. Instead of listing all of it in one go (which can be overwhelming to look at), what Typeform does is to hand out one question per page to the readers. It’s more deliberate and encourages a more thought-out answer, I believe. But that’s just one thing. I also love how uncomplicated it is to create surveys with this program. Even without special training, I believe that anyone can create surveys of their own. The dashboard is straightforward and very easy to navigate in. If you’re unsure about committing to this program fully, you can always try out the free version first.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their most premium version does not have much of an edge from its competitors. I think it’s quite pricey for the features that it offers. If they were to add more tools, maybe it will be more worth it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve managed to make surveys more enjoyable to our recipients. We know this because the response rates have increased and we have been able to gather more insight into what our contacts and leads need from us. With Typeform helping us, we’ve been able to form a more cohesive understanding of our target market and demographic. Personally, handing out online surveys is more effective than cold-calling people.
