Great look and easy to use as well

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I love the most about this is how responsive and amazing their customer support team is. All of my concerns have always been handled immediately and they are always helpful and available. I also appreciate how new functions are being added to their site regularly, and how they've remained user-friendly despite these additions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem I've had with this is when they changed their form editor, but even then it was easy to learn and I grasped it pretty quickly. Other than that I don't think there's anything about this to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great when it comes to collecting information. I've used it as a registration form, as an application for grants and retreats, and a way to get dietary information so that office trips are organized.
