Great solution for collecting feedback

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Typeform to gather feedback and info from my clients and customers. I use it in a more productive way: before launching new course, I run a test, then use this product to build survey so I can collect feedback from my customers. This tool is extremely easy to use, looks fantastic and I have found that my students enjoy filling out a survey.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is an issue I constantly run into and I’m not sure whether it is Typeform fault or not, but, when I export long responses to Excel it takes a lot of formatting in order to make it legible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Typeform is wonderful tool for gathering information and feedback from my customers and students. Thanks to its surveys I can improve my service and products in order to understand my customers’ needs.
