Great to use when conducting surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how this is integrated with Google Analytics, and how easy it easy to take the answers collected with this tool and import it to Google Sheets. It makes it easier to share with other members of the team. I also appreciate how easy it is to use. I can make a nice-looking survey simply by dragging and dropping elements. It's great to use when you want to take a basic look at your audience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have encountered some trouble with the +PRO plan, which is a shame considering that it's a paid plan. It can also get a little confusing when I use this to manage multiple users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped in communicating with our customers since the surveys are engaging and beautiful to look at. It has also been a big help when it comes to scheduling since we can also use it to book visits and meetings. We can even use it for online purchases.
