Great tool for creating surveys

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love Typeform’s design that attracts users to complete all the questions. The process of filling the forms is not boring or business like but it’s fun. I love the fact that I can get great response rates when I launch my surveys. I am able to customize each survey with various templates. I get an easy access of summary statistics when people finish the survey, the results can be seen immediately. The other good thing about Typeform is that works perfectly on mobile device.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, I don’t want to use the Typeform design for large scale surveys, I think that for these kind of surveys is better if I use traditional design.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to launch our surveys, to receive immediate results and analyze those results. I love its design.
