What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this is how easy it is to customize. I can easily make it fit the branding of our company and it works great as well. I can collect relevant information from customers and at the same time make sure that the surveys they get are easy to look at.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish they had a more consumer-friendly price point. There's quite a price tag attached if you decide to move to a paid plan from a free plan.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us provide a better experience to our customer since it's great at collecting user feedback. It's also great for reporting on and analyzing that feedback.
