I can create my surveys to look more attractive with TypeForm

What are the best aspects of this product?

With TypeForm I can create surveys easily. This product has simple drag-and-drop support and many other features so you can create various question types. You can create multiple choice questions, opinion scales, rating scales and even picture choices. The interface is intuitive. Its API data is extremely practical and well-documented. We are able to integrate our surveys with its data API. There are other features that are very useful like logic jumps and data export features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is that I need to write each option manually, and this takes lot of time, otherwise I cannot import data to dropdown questions. It would be great if they could implement the horizontal option as a direction for survey pages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Typeform helps me to create eye-catching surveys so I can get the data I need. To speak the truth, we all know how boring the process of filling surveys may be, but with this tool that’s not the case.
