Just when I thought the old version was already good enough. . .

What are the best aspects of this product?

Typeform has recently rolled out new updates, and I am beyond impressed! I didn’t think that the first version needed any upgrades, but this new version? Just wow. It’s so much faster and the new features and the performance are just top-notch. Ever since we started using Typeform, we’ve been able to publish surveys that are truly within our branding. It gives us the freedom and eases that we look for in every survey-making platform. Not to mention, the program is mobile-friendly too so we can edit and send out these surveys on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although Typeform has been helped us churn out a lot of surveys, I’d like to be able to upload our design files so we can incorporate those into our surveys. Right now, all available photos and illustrations are from the program’s database and this can be quite limiting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool provides a good value to our money. The subscription price is very affordable, and the results it gives us is priceless. It does not just end its support in the creation and sending out of surveys. It helps us analyze the data that we receive back too. We’ve been able to identify this as a catalyst to our improved sales because we’ve been able to gather and respond to customer insights better. Plus, as a cherry on top, Typeform supports various apps and programs too!
