What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a cinch when making surveys with Typeform. It comes with a drag-and-drop functionality. There a numerous items for different kinds of questions. Typeform data API is really made for practical use and documented really well. The most important features of all are their data export choices and logic jumps.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's no option for importing data to the dropdown questions. Every single option had to be written manually and that takes up too much time. The only direction present for survey pages is vertical. No horizontal optinon is present.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For a majority of people, surveys are boring when filling them out. This holds true to today's generation. I'm making use of Typeform as an educational tool at a community college. Through Typeform, I'm now able to build interesting surveys. My rate of returns ballooned exponentially after using it.
