The forms are beautiful to look at

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how aesthetically pleasing the forms are since it makes it easy to review the responses I receive. That saves me a lot of time that I can then use for other tasks. I also like how easy it easy to export the data into different formats since it makes it so much easier to analyze the responses. I think I get the feedback that I need when I use these forms because they are easy on the eyes so people don't feel imposed upon when filling it up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the price point for the paid version is a little steep. I think it should be priced a little lower, although it seems like other similar services are around the same price.

It has helped us build a stronger relationship with our clients. They readily give us feedback and share their most urgent concerns with us, and in turn, we get to calibrate our services to meet their needs.
