What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how this is integrated with Google Analytics, and how easy it easy to take the answers collected with this tool and import it to Google Sheets. It makes it easier to share with other members of the team. I also appreciate how easy it is to use. I can make a nice-looking survey simply by dragging and dropping elements. It's great to use when you want to take a baic look at your audience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do love its simplicity but that same simplicity also means you can't do more advanced statistical studies with it. They could maybe add that in future versions because as of now you need to go to a different tool to do that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has helped us provide a more satisfying experience to our customers. We can find out they are using products or how satisfied they are by services. We can either send them a multiple choice survey or find out their habits by asking deeper questions.
