What are the best aspects of this product?

UberConference has superb audio quality, does not have a meeting time limit, is free of cost, and allows us to make presentations. As a graphic designer, being able to show my clients while giving an elaboration on each part of the design is important to save us all our precious time. The recording feature is also useful as I regularly have to go back to review the details of a meeting due to the many clients I handle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's a big mystery why there are certain devices on which it does not work. Trying to find the root cause is quite frustrating since we want to use this as much as possible. But we just opt for a different platform whenever UberConference is not workable for all.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest benefit to me is being able to do a presentation. Before UberConference, I'd simply send my works to them via and craft a long email message explaining this and that. UberConference helped us put a more personal touch as we ourselves can do the presentation as we'd normally do.
