What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how you can see just about anyone who goes online. I like how it can text you whenever someone happens to be on the line. You no longer have to linger around for the call to start. But if you want to wait, you can upload your own music track or pick from its pre-installed songs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Screensharing is a great thing. But it's not considered to be the best. Every now and then I experience lags. I was also hoping international would be thrown in the free version.

This is aweomse whenever you want to know who's currently on call. It's great having a free option whenever you want to do something on the side. This can be done even without subscribing to a professional version. Great stuff!
