Conferencing service made easy thanks to its UI.

What are the best aspects of this product?

As a customer who's paying for its service, I love the personalized number that comes to you. There's no need to input a code/pin. Pricing was also great. Very easy to utilize.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its "hold" music was just plain terrible. It's difficult figuring out on how that could be manipulated. Very non-professional for their part. Conference lines can be spotty.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to connect individuals for meetings through numerous time zones. UberConference was very efficient in terms of cost. We seem to get right back on track in keeping tabs on who was on the line. Great stuff!
