What are the best aspects of this product?

UberConference helped the oldies cope with the new form of communication without requiring heavy technical training. In just a one-hour session, they were able to fully grasp the functions and locations of call controls.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Screen-sharing took a while for us to figure out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has since been easy breezy to set up meetings. Reminders are reliable, notifying participants a few minutes before the event, enough for one to prepare.
