What are the best aspects of this product?

It's so easy to utilize. UberConference is straightforward. I've never encountered any major technical issues. My clients have yet to complain about connectivity problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The one thing that I hate with it is that there aren't a lot of people who are on the call. The system tends to slow down a bit. There were other instances where screensharing or audio aspects would come to a halt. There's currently no solution in refreshing the system without logging back out and then in again.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm currently working in the education field. I mainly deal with high school and college students. The company that I work for use UberConference in keeping each other connected, sharing ideas, and linking up with potential partners. I'm able to collaborate with my partners in real-time without worrying about cost.
