Gamechanger in videoconferencing solutions of today

What are the best aspects of this product?

UberConference is effortless to set up and use that even tech-challenged teachers had no problem learning this tool. I think it's mostly because the user interface is very clean so one can easily find what he needs. Being able to join meetings on its mobile app and while on the go also saves a lot of time. It has no download or installment requirement which is space-consuming and often a hassle if you have a slow internet connection but you're hurrying to be in the meeting.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Contrary to what many people were saying about its audio quality, I don't find anything amazing about it. There is low customization, too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Online classes have been a walk in the park with UberConference. We can make presentations as we would in a normal setup thanks to the screen sharing. The recording is also a gem as it even provides a very accurate transcript so that saves us a lot of time as we just have to go through the transcript instead of going back to the recorded video and find the exact time something was said. The setting up of meetings and the reminders that are given thereafter have been very helpful. Linking them to your calendar is also a great bonus.
