What are the best aspects of this product?
There's no doubt that the best functionality is possessing a web UI. It's where I can see who's jumping into a call. Being able to integrate social profiles with varying callers and keeping visual track on who's currently speaking is a fantastic solution. It resolve the common issue in dealing with more than one participant in a call.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The VOIP functionality appears to echo whenver other users are being dialled by phone. We have yet to succeed in using a mixed mode of users. We've also gone through a problem where there's a reduction in call quality. We'd push ourselves to restart the conference call by getting those who are participating to drop off and do a re-dial.

Working with a global team whose resources are in South America, U.S., Australia, and Europe, we're regularly trying to conect with each other. Aside from our internal needs, we have a global sales team utilizing conference lines in linking with clients and prospects. Before, we were paying rates on a per-user-per-minute basis. We'd constantly go beyond the monthly cost of UberConference thanks to its unlimited storage for one conference.
