PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

What's really not to like. It's so simple to utilize. What's more, it's free! The company that I'm working for goes between Google Hangouts and UberConference for anything that requires screensharing or video conferencing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing much to dislike. It's able to meet the needs of my business. But if I'll be nitpicking, then I'd criticize how it's showing the geo location assigned for a specifc phone number. When calling for business, I'd always have to explain that I'm currently not in the city where I'm making calls from.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using UberConfernece mainly for conducting meeting. In the education field, we're frequently enhancing our curriculum. We make use of version control on material. We use UberConference in discussing updates and make mock presentations for the team.
