What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using a number of conferencing services for more than a decade in sales. UberConference is, by far, the best in the market. I like its quick and easy set up. I love how you can seamlessly host a call.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Improvements need to be made in the sound quality. It's typically a hit or miss thing. A majority of calls are good. But there have been cases where delays, static, echo, and poor reception are experienced.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One big issue I've frequently experience with conferencing services is that need to set up a software. At times it would work, other times it wouldn't. The cost of making use of all its functionality on certain services is way too pricey. When it comes to UberConference, it was never a financial issue.
