If you have a big event, UberConference would be your best bet. It runs very smoothly from inviting guests to recording calls. You won't be disappointed. Everything in it, such as the screen and document sharing, unlimited international calls, and integration to social media, will be extremely useful somewhere down the road.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile version is very difficult to use. Also, the overall interface looks quite outdated, somehow negatively affecting the professional mood the team is aiming for.
