Makes WFH more tolerable

What are the best aspects of this product?

The most superb part about UberConference is that it has the highest audio quality ever! I've used multiple videoconferencing tools and I can attest that UberConference is second to none. Another amazing thing about it is, in just a few hours after the meeting, all of the participants can receive the transcript and the recording for them to review.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be better if it could give moderators more control on hold music.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aside from the remarkable audio quality, UberConference is our best choice because of its simple interface. This helped oldies with little experience with conferencing solutions to intuitively navigate the platform. However, we hope it could offer users designs or templates that allow us to give a more personal touch to the interface.
