Recommended for not sharing and when having conferences.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Conferences are simple enough to utilize regardless if it's a landline, mobile phone, or on a desktop PC. This makes UberConference an excellent cross-platform. No PIN is required to be part of a conference. It's a fantastic platform with great moderator/administrator controls.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The sharing module appears to not function well enough. Attendees can easily fall back few screens behind. So far, that's the biggest flaw in UberConference.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Armed with remote support and customers dispersed all over the country, it's an awesome way in coordinating calls across varying time zones. We can utilize it when we're aware that somebody is busy and without any admin support. They call within a few minutes before/after a call. There's no need to woryr about syncing schedules.
