Robust but simple to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

The platform offers multiple functionalities but manages to set up a simple interface where the most important call commands are easily accessible. The biggest benefit I guess is being able to join its hosted meetings without having to install the app that would take-up space. Add to this the easy-to-do screen sharing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does not run smoothly with Mozilla which is my go-to browser.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using UberConference makes me confident that meetings will not encounter any technical difficulties. Having gained familiarity with how reliable and consistent it is especially in audio quality, which is critical for uninterrupted communication.
