What are the best aspects of this product?

UberConference's audio quality is very crisp and recording is always reliable, freeing us of worries of failing to store important meetings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hope we could downgrade our current version. The interface in the most recent upgrade looks more complicated and is giving our non-techy team members quite a difficult time to adjust.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Setting up a meeting schedule automatically deploys emails to participants notifying them of the meeting. In that email, we can also detail the agenda to help participants prepare.
