What are the best aspects of this product?
Generated emails sent to invited users consist of relevant links and info. For instance, showcasing invitees who have been invited. The same goes in letting callers operate a compatibility test. This is soemthing a less technically-inclined person can do if they're capable of following instructions on the screen.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The time spent making use of this service greatly exceeded my expectations. Feedback I've been receiving from users have all been positive. I'm not sure if there's a restriction the number of callers allowed. With that in mind, I have nothing bad to say at this point in time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've been making use of the service for our sales team each week. Preferably it's during Sunday evening that we do accountability calls. I greatly benefit from looking into callers who are involved, overall connection times, and a replay call option. Poor call quality and voice lagging can lead to an annoying experience.
