What are the best aspects of this product?

Joining meetings has never been easy! I love the chat, document or presentation sharing and integration with social media so we can go live. It is very convenient but still has in place measures that ensure data security.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if it allowed some room for customization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have use UberConference sufficiently to say that it offers more flexibility compared to its rivals. For one, the invited can enter meeting rooms even without the host.
