PROS: It's able to bridge our hosted Big Commerce site with QuickBooks' Point of Sale System. It gave us precise details related to item availability in our website. We have almost 9,000 line items listed on the site, and a lot more in our QB POS. Webgility's contact support has been great. It's what really sealed the deal for us!

CONS: Initially, we populated our new site. Then we to install the POS through QB Services. After going through the learning curve, we took on ECC. We didn't start using it until later. We've made a lot of changes in 2014 so we had to take baby steps with the integration.

PROS: Its Quickbook integration for the desktop is a great thing to have. It comes with a pre-installed scheduler so all transactions are automatically downloaded. If there happens to be an entry line that doesn't really line, I get a notification, lets me map it to a certain item within QB, and then be able to download. It saved me plenty of time. It's also reasonably priced. A huge value when comparing time versus cost.

CONS: I just wish there's another way to import taxes from orders. It's more basic that way. It wants to import tax in the form of a line item to QB as opposed to directly applying it to QB's current tax process or system.

PROS: I'm a big customer service person. I do whatever it takes to meet the needs of customers. It's how it should be and frankly, you don't seem to see a lot of it today. Tech support has been helpful and are experts at what they do. They really listened to my problem instead of going through their queue cards to fix the issue immediately.

CONS: At this point. Nothing. I can't really complain about their waiting time. Tech supported understood my problems and took the time to fix everything. Everything has been great!

PROS: I love how easy it is in moving our e-commerce platform data to Quickbooks. We got our accountant to link it up. In the process, we saved a lot of money with so much time it saved us. Secondly, newsletters sent out by Webgility are always filled useful info. Customer support is always responsive in dealing with our issues.

CONS: Nothing bad really. It took some time to set it up initially. That may have been the back-and-forth approach that ensured things were properly done. After setting it all up, all issues were quickly resolved with a phone call.

PROS: It really does work! With so many bridging platforms out in the market, we had a hard time landing the right one in linking our Quickbooks Enterprise and WordPress e-commerce. This software had very little issues (I had to go through a small learning curve to set it all up). But I've yet to run into any issues with inventory or syncing of orders. It functioned reasonably well on the first couple sites we had. We're set to make a third one!

CONS: We've had plenty of sub cateogies within QuickBooks. Despite possessing Item Numbers, Webgility has the capacity in pulling the whole train. This led me to manually map out all items. Even with Webgility Support assisting me throughout the process, it was a pain to deal with.

PROS: Webgility finally replaced its difficult management tool. It works great with Quickbooks Enterprise. We were able to reduce our data entry time, payment processing, and webstore post backs to zero. It's really amazing how how much time it was able to shave off. We currently operate several web stores (and will include Amazon). It also functions with eBay motors.

CONS: The problem I'm dealing with is its incompatibility with Quickbooks' lots. The kind of Quickbooks account we have is forcing us to have lots within our inventory. The package we have has no automatic updates. I had to update all users manually. Hopefully, a big upgrade will come around soon to change things.

PROS: It simplified our operations. It's able to directly download store orders, lets us check up on addresses, quote by means of carriers, and process shipping. It posts orders to QuickBooks and back to the store, which notifies the customer of the shipment coming to them by means of a tracking number. Before Unify we had to input data manually. Now, our manual data entry is close to zero.

CONS: Nothing much really. It's a bit tricky setting it up in the beginning. But their staff were wonderful and did a splendid job helping you out with issues.

PROS: This program is really user-friendly and highly intuitive. It's backed with a responsive suport team. It streamlined our operations and has made our staff more efficient and productive in their tasks. It lets us make use of a number of online stores for easy order entries. Newer features are constantly being rolled out.

CONS: It gets a little slow when posting to Quickbooks. But that's really not how Webgility is reflected (our current Quickbooks database is a little over 2gb). We put our orders by batches. We may try pushing out around 12 orders (or more) at a time and it only takes a minute. It's really zippy compared to the painstaking method of typing each order daily.
