What are the best aspects of this product?

Unmetric has user-friendly interface that provides us with key metrics and views we need for analysis of owned communities. It has pre-written insights and highlights attached to graphs so we can easily find important outliers. Its last updated version includes great search functionality for content ideation that is based on data set of owned communities, and there is even access to it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Large set of owned media channels implies that some niche is out of reach for a few days. On the other hand, the process is extremely easy with simple point-and-click to an email confirmation and then added for tracking.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main focus of Unmetric are owned communities, metrics and analysis when it comes to engagement, customer service and content, and it allows us to keep tabs on all these communities and publishing performances. This whole process is quick and easy. We also use content ideation tool so we can inform our teams of potential ideas for running campaigns and contents.
