What are the best aspects of this product?

Some great things about UpKeep: (1) mobile access; (2) convenient submission of work orders; (3) prioritization of requests; (4) ability to attach photos in the request; and (5) real-time tracking of requests. These features make my work more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting feature is a bit tricky to use. The free version of the app is super basic, so you really have to subscribe to the upgraded plan to make use of some major functions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app allowed us to go paperless, keep track of our work orders, and be efficient in working on these orders. It also improved our internal communications.
