A product that’s user-friendly

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how easy it was to install this tool on my computer. Another thing that I appreciate was how user-friendly the dashboard is. It was very intuitive and I didn't have much trouble understanding it. I also appreciated the fact that I could choose which apps and Google accounts would be backed up. Overall, this is a toll that I would happily recommend.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any big problems with this tool. If there's anything to improve on, I think they have to make it clear what it is that people get for each pricing bracket. Right now, I don't know what is included in my free trial and whether or not I need to upgrade the service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has given us peace of mind by providing us an easy solution when it comes to backing up our Google account. I'm now fairly confident that all our information is safe and securely accessible.
