A really dependable tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about this is how quickly it can retrieve your data for you. I unfortunately lost my data some time ago, but thanks to this, I was able to get it back in a matter of minutes. I also really liked how they implemented Google products like Gmail, since it made navigating and communicating with my colleagues easier. Sending debug and error logs was another thing that this tool made easy. Another thing that I really appreciate was the Google Drive backup, because it made it easy for me to access data in the cloud wherever I was. Should my computer crash, I could use my mobile phone to look at my data. You really feel secure and confident that none of your data will disappear. Finally, I also appreciated the fact that backups can be automated, so I didn't have to worry if I forget to do it manually that day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that this could still be more intuitive and user-friendly since I and my colleagues did contend with a steep learning curve when we first started using it. Installing and implementing was easy enough to do, but getting started on how to use and navigate the logs was another thing entirely. I think they should provide more detailed instructions for this in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The problem that this solution helped us out with was our issue with data loss. Thanks to this tool, we don't have to worry about it anymore and we can trust how reliable, simple, and powerful it is. I can be confident that the data from my Google app will always be there and that I can recover it quickly should I ever lose it. We really benefitted from this tool.
