What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that there are two backups made every day. I also don't think that other products provide as much storage as it does? You start with 3GB, but you get another 3GB if you write a review.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While the free 3GB is generous, it's not as big as the 5GB offered by other online file storage tools like OneDrive. Maybe they can increase this volume in future versions?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made backing up our data a painless process that can be done quickly. I even get to see how much of our storage is being used.
