What are the best aspects of this product?

With regards to this tool, I really appreciated how the user interface was so intuitive, allowing me to peruse my emails in much the same way as in a Mac's Time Machine feature. I also like that when it comes to content restoration, the process is very granular and selective. Another thing that I liked was the twice a day automatic backups. I could also perform a searchable backup, come up with a schedule for backups, and even perform a backup on demand. It also allows me to select a storage location in the EU. Finally, I also liked that once enable in G Suite, I could also avail of team drive support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our company is growing quickly, and I have to say that the 350GB limit that comes with this product might not fit us anymore soon. I also am not able to export or have local backups, which is something I think they should consider in future versions of this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has brought our organization peace of mind, since the backups are performed two times a day. We're confident that our emails and drives and kept safe.
