What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this backup tool for Gmail is user-friendly and free. I believe it is almost on par with Google Vault.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've noticed that when the tool is syncing on the same IMAP login as Outlook and my phone, Outlook ends up getting disconnected because of the number of IMAP logins. But other than that there's isn't anything to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When our organization used this tool, none of our data was lost. It backed up everything, not just the sent documents but the attachments included as well.
