What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how setting it up and configurin it can be done in a couple of clicks. I also appreciate that the software's dashboard allows me to look at how my backup is doing. I also really like how it is priced and I think it is very much worth it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In future versions of this solution, I think they should offer to option to backup local files.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I have gained more customers since I can now offer them a cloud backup solution for their email, and offer it to them at an affordable price.
