Low maintenance solution for data backup

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how simple and easy this is to use. You only need to log in once and it does all of the work for you. Syncing is also done transparently, which I also appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they could add a little more to the user interface, even in terms of aesthetics. There hae also been instances where it hasn't kept my folders organized, as well as moments where the documents in my drive were mismanaged.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has helped us out with regards to keeping our data backed up and safe. We can also be confident that any lost or deleted data can be recovered, whether in Drive documents or emails.
