What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I like how this backup has a really quick data retrieval method. When I lost my data a couple weeks ago on an app, I received it back within 5 minutes. Moreover the implementation of other Google products like Gmail makes it a lot easier to navigate and communicate data with my colleagues and send error and debug logs when necessary for recovery

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Excellent backup of when documents were sent, with the attachments. Nothing is lost
