What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how user-friendly this is. You can schedule backups and then forget about it since the product will take care of it on its own. The interface is intuitive and simple to navigate, finding old emails can be done quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One feature that I wish was available in the mobile version of this product is the ability to save a backup file to my desktop through the Gmail app. It doesn't have this feature currently, but I can do this anyway with the desktop version. That said, it would be great if they can have this in a future version so I don't have to perform this workaround.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has given us a way to conveniently look at our previous emails should something catastrophic happen. This is because of how reliable it is as a backup solution.
