What are the best aspects of this product?

Ever since we started using this as our cloud backup for our exchange email system and Office 365 Sharepoint, we've been nothing but happy with it. It is so user-friendly and straightforward, and I was quickly able to back up what was needed. I also like how powerful it is despite its simplicity. Another thing I appreciate is how helpful the customer support team is and how they think ahead for their users. They even notified me that I was running out of storage space and that it was time to get myself more. Aside from its user-friendliness, I can say that it is also worth the price I paid for it. I also appreciate how it does not compress or zip the files, so I get to see them in much the same way I would if I was viewing it in our 365 system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've had experiences with several similar software, and I have to say that this one tops them all. There isn't anything about it that I dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At our place of work, separate back-up systems are required for our file system. Thanks to this tool, this is something that we have now easily accomplished. Once we've set it up we can let it run on its own.
