Straightforward and user-friendly

What are the best aspects of this product?

What else is there to say other than it is user-friendly and does what it promises? Setting up and getting started is quick and easy, and you can just relax as it backs everything up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is more of a personal thing, but I'm bothered by the fact that it bases its percentage of protection on what you're syncing. I want the percentage to be at 100 percent, but I don't sync everything. That said, it's not a big deal to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, my Gmail accounts have become clear. I work with five accounts all synced to my Gmail, and this has been a big help in ensuring that they don't fill up so quickly.
