Works great and is user-friendly

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how setting this up was such a simple process. All I had to do from my end was to allow it access to my Gmail account and things proceeded smoothly from there. It was also very easy to navigate the web interface to check on the backup or restore anything I needed. And I could even restore those files to a different account. I also appreciated the 3GB of free space that I could utilize for personal use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I tried the search function for Gmail, it did not come back with all the results. This might be something they can improve on in newer versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helped me out by giving me a place where I could back up my Gmail account if I ever end up getting locked out.
